How are bikes shipped and do they require assembly?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective boxes. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. A multi-tool and step-by-step guide are included with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items in like-new condition. Please note that bikes must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Do BIKEZONE frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all BIKEZONE frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for 1-2 years.
Can I track my order once it leaves the warehouse?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
