At BIKEZONE, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes, parts, and apparel in their original condition. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on the road.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your BIKEZONE account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
